Really good Location and Refurbished Interiors

I found the location to be excellent, it gave very easy access to the harbor and the MTR line. The hotel interior looked grand and well maintained. The decor was modern and tasteful. The bedding was fresh and comfortable. I slept soundly each night. I found that all of the staff members were friendly and helpful.
The hotel entrance was a bit difficult to locate. Clearer signage would be useful.

Kaley Lo at the front desk gave me a five star welcome. The Club Lounge provided amazing food and beverage service each night. The rooftop pool offered beautiful scenery for relaxation. I found the buffet breakfast to have an unbelievable variety of food. Thank you Bonnie for the fast checkin process.

The hotel is near the MTR station. This makes getting around the city convenient. A 7-Eleven is directly across the street, and it's close to the Avenue of Stars and K11 MUSEA. It is very easy to move around.

My room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub. This included essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and soap. I easily give the room a solid rate.
